My guy is working this evening till Sat morning,
No complaints from us. My sweetheart got double pay, per diem and travel expenses.
The kids (adults ) are a bit upset. We had to cancel on them. They had invited us over for a crawfish boil. Sounds fun, huh?
- all we needed to do was show up (with the sacks of crawfish,potatoes, sausage, fixings, pot, propane, spices, and then cook it for everyone-at least 12 people).
So naturally the children are devastated that we (and out pot and crawfish, etc) can't attend
We will make it up to them after we torment them with it a bit longer.
