I don't think it's as personal as you are interpreting it but yes I think that's basically what he said bc bluntly Trips isn't the new Vince.
He's mentioned on multiple occasions basically talking about his return with Nick Khan and Emmanuel and that's basically who he negotiated with about it NOT Hunter
Hunter is in charge of creative and that's about it. Sure he has major input in roster decisions but with someone on Rock's level who has the long history with Khan and Emmanuel trips isn't really gonna be involved in that as much
Basically Vince used to be the end all be all and Hunter isn't that
And that's not a bad thing, I think arguably what Hunter is doing now is his dream job. He loves wrestling and creative, he never loved the corporate business side of things and had to work to learn it. Now he doesn't have to do as much of that

I'm now seeing ads for this Civil War movie
Immersion totally lost if what I heard about the movie is true... that Texas & California are on the same side of the conflict... that would not happen currently

I never saw anything about it but they kept playing ads for it during mania where a white guy held a gun at some brown people. One appeared to be a very young brown female and it heavily implied a racially motivated civil war
So yea I think that'll be a no for me based on that alone
