no... it appears the only title on the line in a "ladder" match is the Smackdown Women's Championship TLC match
There are no bonuses available for the SD Women's Title match and Nattie/Ruby match since there's only 1 way to win the match

I honestly think the Corbin/Strowman match is a pinfall or submission match that just allows tables, ladders, & chairs to be used as a weapon
I don't think there's actually anything hanging above the ring for that match

I can't answer that. You can see my pick.
I guess it could be a contract. I just don't think they'll have a TLC match and then make a rule change like that just at random. I could be wrong but since I graduated from WCU, I'm probably not.
