The difference is Miz can carry a match. Bliss is slowly getting there but still can't carry a match on her own.

She has come a LONG way, and she didn't have a wrestling background yet got called up quicker than most. And all she's done since coming up is deliver.
When I saw her heel gimmick on NXT I knew right there she'd the next big heel once she got called up.
