And Vince realizes that the fanbase is like this and plays off of it by forcing Roman on us all

But we are seeing Roman starting to turn heel anyway, so at least we can put the concept that he is going to be a face for as long as possible to rest

Then just go all out and make him the corporate heel like HHH. Stop booking him like a face. He would be great as a heel. People hate him but not for the right reasons.

I agree a think a full heel turn after his match with taker would have given Roman even more heat

Cena is great on the mic and can put on a decent match. He has talent. People didn't hate him the way they hate Roman. Cena is an all time great, Roman is just another Luger.

I'm okay with Roman, what I wasn't okay with was that when he started to get boo'ed it seemed as if wwe still wanted to push him as a face. Now that he has beat the undertaker i hope he becomes a full fledged heel for a while.

Luger was red hot in 88 but Flair just refused to drop the title to anyone but Sting. WWE pushed him as the next All-American squeaky clean babyface and then pulled the rug out from under him with the stupid countout win at Summerslam in 93. At least he'll always have the Hogan win from 97 (one of the best moments of the Monday Night War).
