WWE Friday Night Smackdown Thread | Yes Dog vs. King & Jester Edition

Smackdown tonight is at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn.
We continue the battle for "who runs the Smackdown locker room" as Roman Reigns teams with Daniel Bryan to take on Baron Corbin and Dolph Ziggler... but surely this means that someone (Bryan?) ends up getting fingered by The Fiend tonight, right?
The only other promoted segment is triple threat tag team match... Boss n Hug Connection vs. Lacey Evans & Dana Brooke vs. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross... which is a match for... reasons that may or may not be trying to keep the women's tag team division relevant while 1/2 of the division's current champions is on the shelf (I assume still with that concussion from TLC)
I'm sure other stuff will happen... maybe more fun with Braun vs. Shinsuke & Sami
Fun fact from this past Monday's Raw that may have been missed when it was mentioned during the Wednesday night thread...
AEW rising women's star Kris Statlander made an appearance in WWE in early 2019... as part of a tag team that jobbed out to the then WWE Women's Tag Team Champions the IIconics
Statlander's tag partner in that jobber team that night... Bobby Lashley's "ex-wife" from this past Monday night's Lana/Lashley wedding segment on Raw

John Morrison and former WCW heavyweight champion David Arquette have been spotted in Memphis today. I'm guessing neither of them show up on tv though.

I watched it live too... was very surprised
I guess WCW was REALLY trying to help promote that Ready to Rumble movie that starred Arquette and WCW was heavily involved in... and it was either just about to come out or was in theaters

I think we're supposed to see that these three teams have some kind of animosity or reason to fight each other.
