I think Goldberg as wwe champ would draw more money for wm than Owens.

Lesnar v Goldberg doesn't need the title though. Jericho Owens for the title is a much better story

That's what I'm hoping for. Jericho vs Owens for the title would be great. Maybe even give Jericho a short title run. Dude has been absolutely amazing these past few months. Easily the most entertaining aspect of Raw.

If Goldberg does win, my wrestlemania enthusiasm will be at about a 3 out of 10, with pretty much every bit of the 3 coming from the smackdown side of things.

I think once he realized he can take some bumps he signed a longer deal. Not to mention I think that Lesnar and Goldberg saw their program extending and drawing more money which is why bill squashed Lesnar

"Headlining" mania doesn't mean what it use to. Lesnar Goldberg is likely the main event regardless of being for the title. It elevates Jericho Owens to a more meaningful match if the title is on the line, and completes the best story raw has had since the brandsplit
