WTF is going on with the traffic in St. Amant and Gonzales areas?

Is it someone's graduation tonight or something? Can't get anywhere. Been stuck on Churchpoint Rd for 20 minutes now.

There is something going on. I'm stop and go on 10, 5 miles before 73. East bound. I'm usually doing 60 this time of the day through here.

Geez yea. Exit at 73 backed up half mile. 90% of the cars exiting making the right turn. 73 is backed up almost to Post Office Rd
