If any of them are here on visas, some legal immigration status, naturalized within 5 years, or of course illegals those need to be deported (with naturalized ones they first need their citizenship revoked).
I am sure multiple Dem judges will protect their future allies and will continue to be party first by following the party line on this, but it has to begin and pushed up to Supreme’s if necessary.
