Like that spot on Johnston St in Lafayette near Corner Bar where Drago’s and 75,000 other restaurants opened up then shut down.

It really is crazy. I couldn’t imagine opening a new restaurant in the Katy area now. They open and close like firework stands.

The risk very much outweighs the chance of success. But hey, In and Out burger always has a line around the building, every hour that they are open.
