Id trust my Fiance and I think she'd trust me too. We've looked t dozens of houses together online and a few in person so we have a good idea of what we each like.
Never thought about this as a selling point. I may have to start pointing this out while looking for houses.

i was there but my wife picked out our house. i honestly don't care that much about features of the house and we both agree on location.

Yes...my wife buys a new house about 5 years, in fact i'm moving in 2 weeks.
