West Texas on the way to New Mexico. Literally trash dumpster and no one does a fricking thing about it. Trash for MILES stuck in dusty brush and wired fences. Looks like hell.
One of the government leaders in either Texas or New Mexico said the state flower there should be a plastic bag on a wire fence.
