Most jobs have lunch breaks. Take a nap if you want to.

I used to work in the sun trust building that was attached to the Marriot in Atlanta. True story, almost every day right after lunch I would go and lay on one of the couches outside the various ballrooms in the lobby and nap for 30-40 minutes. Every day for a year or so.
