If these sex ring stories were about prominent Republicans there would have been non-stop coverage of this on TV. Resignations and prosecutions would have been demanded even if the allegations turned out to be false. Remember, when Republicans are concerned, it's not the nature of the evidence, but the seriousness of the accusation. Hell, Harry Reid got on the floor of the Senate and flat-out lied about Mitt Romney's taxes and the media ran with it as Gospel truth.
