If the wood is not rotten or damaged you could add some bridge blocking for extra support.

almost certain your daughter riding a hoverboard didn't cause any extra squeaks. Any extra movement/noise can be attributed to the changing weather. Though I wouldn't let her ride it on floors due to marking it up. I know you said it didn't but give it time and marks will start showing up.

While we are at it, anybody know what it should cost to level a house on piers about 1600 sf. And who would you recommend to do it.
