While you're knowledge of the law is, I'm sure, impeccable, 3 seperate juries, 5 judges and at least 4 lawyers disagree with you stance, hence the primary reason she won the case in the first place.

The best part about the McDonalds suit that people never mention is that it was an old lady who wanted nothing more than for McDonalds to pay her medical bills. When they refused, she had no choice but to go to trial and McDonalds got rightfully hammered.
