Windstream, why are they so terrible?

I get maybe 5mbs from these assholes and everytime I call their dickhead customer service frickers they hang up on me for cussing. Gone through about 15 reps so far. I'm sick of it.
I used to think spectrum was bad but these dicks take the cake.

We had them for commercial service andnit was horrible. Their financials have taken a hit after they merged with Earthlink, and then their leased-lines agreement with Uniti Fiber (formerly Southern Light)...horrible internal and external communication from the company, and the various levels of acct/regional managers are all seemingly clueless...

Here's a novel idea:
Don't curse? Especially don't direct the cursing at them. They did nothing to you and are only there to try to help. However shitty Windstream service may be, it's not the $12/hr call center worker's fault.
I worked in a tech support call center for 2 years. It's hell. I would tolerate a little abuse but warn them to stop, then hang up if they didn't.
