Still haven't seen a single dead bird.

How many dead birds do you see, period?

I spend half the year in the woods, and rarely see dead birds. But that doesn't mean that I believe birds aren't dying.

A few around the house from time to time.

I don't believe there are zero bird causalities from wind farms. I know they exist because I've worked on wind projects and read the independent environmental studies. I do think its a bullshite overblown talking point that's a stupid gotcha because people assume that everyone who doesn't hate wind is a greenie and tree hugger.

Please don't try anymore.

A little further and you should be deemed as handicapped.

It's not just predatory birds. It's migratory birds and bats. In the debris fields the death toll can be hundreds of birds a day.

I don't know enough about it to know whether or not it's overblown, but I do agree on the misconception about renewable energy supporters in general. I'm not opposed to wind, but I'll call every single person out that wants to act like it's the perfect energy source, like there's no Negatives.

Everything has drawbacks. There's no perfect source of energy. Renewable sources just get pumped up by greenies and tree huggers because they don't "harm the earth" as bad as oil. As a biologist, I just happen to view that as an extremely biased point of view.
