This statement is a contradiction. If the dollar "crashes" dollar denominated assets would increase in value on a dollar basis.

With all the people moving to Fl. it seems like this will continue for a while. So tempting to sell and make mega $$$ but will i be able to find anything? Would love to go 100% remote for work then find a nice place in the country. Yeah most homes are gone within a week. Im talking 1600 sq ft homes going for over 300k. that's unheard of in these parts unless you on the beach or by it.

Just checked Zillow for the first time in maybe 3 months. Not only is the estimate up about $20,000, the school ratings have increased.
