Covid took a whole year off of life expectancy in the US, it went from 78.8 to 77.8. The US was in a decline before that. I actually think it’s already peaked, and will decline further in the next 20-30 years.

Back in the good days smoking was cool and we didn't have that fancy stomach pumping bullshite, you just died.
