So far there have been at least two arrests. They soaked tires in kerosene and rolled them down the mountain. If they're trying to get out of refunding you because of an act of "god" well, welcome to the Bible Belt 
Seriously though, I hope the fire burns itself out soon. We've been fortunate that there hasn't been much property damage.
