Women must carry the child. 4 men can repopulate a nation as long as there are a couple thousand women. You'll need to force genetic. We would need to make sure that the genetic pools are diverse. Like only pool A children can procreate with pool B children. C children can reproduce with D children. Then the next generation A1 needs to crossover and breed with C1 children's... And so on and so forth This will reduce genetic deformities down the line. Ideally you want a few more men but that is how it works. In plants it's called hybrid vigor. Not sure what it is called in animals but a stud horse makes
many more millions of dollars from its semen than just winning the Derby.
