Campus police caught me in the Greek Parking Lot. They let me finish, under protest of course but they didn't stop me.

I routinely drive 3.5 hours to see my girlfriend on the weekends. I have been making some great timing by pissing on the side of the road instead of going in a store and having all the country folks stare me down until I buy something.

This is so fricking stupid. Unfortunately, they won't be able to read your post and refuse to help you when you call them someday.

As for the OP's question, those people don't need to pee. They need to dump the drugs they're hiding before going in to booking. Once they get booked and thoroughly searched, they can go to the restroom if they still need it.

You do realize that the only people who say the police suck are usually the ones breaking the law and getting in trouble right? I used to hate the police too but then I stopped breaking the law and magically my problems with police went away.
