Because democrats need for the blacks to be motivated to vote. Democrat primary voting was down massively compared to 2008 because of the blacks lack of passion for an old white lady and old white man.
Playing on racism and free stuff are only ways to get blacks to the poles.

peace is not a logical construct. it is also not part of the human condition. it is a lie hoisted upon the defenseless et al to stand down in the face of force in return for policies that will provide/assuage their issue. peace has always been a lie. our sould are at war daily with satan, why should we expect anything less on earth?

State of AK recently undertook CJ reform and changed the way drug crimes and many other non violent crimes would be treated. Will be interesting to see what happens.
