Is it worth the time or should I wait for the movie to come out?

I read through it one day in the book store for awhile. It was pretty interesting. Guy was a common street thug who thought of himself bigger than what he was, in my opinion. But, that is part of being a street thug, I guess. He knew a lot of people. It is an okay read.

Movie? Let James Franco play him.

My thoughts are similar to the previous poster. The guy obviously feels he was a critical member of Carlos Marcello's network, but was probably just a foot soldier/pimp.

Entertaining read though. Worth a few bucks and hours of your time.

I hope so. It sounds like a James Lee Burke book and I liked all of those.
