I am old so I have a final directive which is sometimes called a living will. I also have a living trust. Attorney here in Florida says it avoids probate which can be 10 percent if your estate.

Living wills are usually vague and often don't apply to the little nuances that vary with each patient. It's like trying to predict the future. A power of attorney for health care and a real will (to divide up said money) is the best way to go.
