Who has the best deal on 8x12 or 10x10 barn sheds in the Baton Rouge area?

With at least 6' side walls, flooring and delivery/construction included.
Heartland (Lowes) has a 10x10 for $2,000, without paint.
Tuff Shed (Home Depot) has an 8x12 for $1880, without paint.
Derksen has possibly the best lofted barn of the bunch, an 8x12 for $2215, painted.
What else am I missing?

Forget immediate gratification and do it the right way. Pour a slab and build it. Much much better quality.
You can build it in a weekend.

agreed...any halfway decent builder should be able to do this in a day for the slab and a day for the build.

I think some build in that one day and others like Dirksen deliver. You don't need a slab for a small shed.
