I usually don't get caught up in the virtue signaling BS, but that one (Rocket Mortgage) was probably the most blatant I've ever seen.

All they had to do was have the old white guy with the American flag who scowled at the nice brown person be the one who cut up the tree in the brown guy's yard
8.5/10 in that case - "when push comes to shove, grumpy signaled racist white dudes reach out and help their neighbor without regard to color"
