Lawyers only work pro bono when it's good advertising and to make their bar hours.

Unless you're family none of them are going to pick up a tenant dispute. Suck it up, talk to your landlord and ask for the 24 hour notification.

My favorite is when they claim they'll file suit and have a friend call up pretending to be a lawyer.

Pulling a lawyer is liking pulling out a gun. In either situation you better be willing to use them.

Before you go off being a dick about that requirementment, just remember, he could turn that on you. If you request maintenance that is "urgent" (think A/C problems in August), he can very easily tell you that he has to wait 24 hrs before his repair guys can enter.

I think you have a case, just wait until the judge hears that you didn’t get your parking spot, Ohhh boy, they are gonna get it
