No it doesn't, when the line is backed up anyway, its the assholes trying to cut in the last minute that cause problems, because it is either wreck, or slow down to let those smucks in. Hopefully one day someone doesn't give a shite about their car and dealing with insurance and just let you hit them.

This other guy and myself did this the another night. There was a wreck and everyone had to file into the left lane, welp people were zooming up to the front of the line causing everything to go slower, so the guy behind me and myself blocked the lane from that happening. Made us get through much quicker.
