I didn’t need to look it up. It’s 2018 and the video looks like it was filmed with a toaster.
It’s obvious the person can’t really edit videos very well, but they know how to lower the video quality to mask it.

Edit: Think the pair of girls are latino as well. Not nearly as hot as the first girl in my opinion.
The professional dancers' routines in the videos just seem off and out of sorts. Like it's to the wrong music.
