I like the Ponchtrain Beach float or,really any of the multi-float configurations.
Just very interested in the ingenuity in the float and would love to be pulling them through the streets. If only I had a hook up

I read that they're doing some 50-year-anniversary Kong Family float now. I read a great story about the first years that they had the King Kong float and they originally had some blonde-haired chick that was in Kong's hand (which went up and down) while the float moved, but she got motion sickness while up there and they had to put an end to that.

Krewe du Vieux seems to top themselves every year. I'm partial to Trumpty Dumpty getting beat down by Lady Liberty.
But the Endymion Pontchartrain Beach float is the recurring float I most look forward to each year even though it's fairly new.
