Lights out around 8:45-9:00 pm. Goal is 7-8 hours sleep. Sometimes that happens. Alarm at 5:00 am. Cat starts yowling around 4:30. Bathroom calls 1-3 times a night. Most of the time I can get back to sleep ok. Sometimes not.

9pm weeknights, later on weekends

8-9 pm. I get up at 5 am most weekday mornings ...3:30 am if I work out before work.

I’m typically asleep around 10 and up by 4;48am.

Between 10 and midnight and up by 5 for the gym. Arrive at work around 7.

Weatherman comes on at 9:30, so right after that, most nights. Up at 4:20, so no late nights for me.
