Got mine yesterday. Late Father's Day gift. I'm old as dirt but I'm having issues with it. I'm only getting sound out of one speaker or it's heavily balanced to one side. Anyway to adjust this or is it defective? Also I've played different sources and it sounds flat. Not much bass or treble.

I believe the sounds just comes out of one side...aim that side at your ears. it's great at the beach, which is where I have only used mine so far.

Terrible customer service or should say no customer service. I've called their service number and have left numerous messages with zero response. It's a shame they have potentially a great product but no customer service to back it up. A great idea down the toilet. Too bad Louisiana companies can't get their shite together
