[embarrassed] I totally blew that one. For some reason I was thinking about the old Dodge Demon automobile.
My friend has a Demon on his race car. I thought it would be easy to tune since we were familiar with Holleys. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!

Ain't THAT the dam truth!! My son worked for a chainsaw mfg. in R&D for a short time. He developed a carb that was European spec only. That's just how picky they are getting.

Almost all ATVs and motorcycles are fuel injection now. THAT'S an area where you need some degrees to diagnose and tune. Tuning for race engines is even harder until you have some practice. Both of my ATVs have carbs though. I had to work on mine 2 weeks ago and was surprised at what was on it. Of course the dam air adjustment screw in plugged. I'm glad they still have adjustment screws in there. We drilled it out and adjusted. Been there/done that??

Demon carbs are pretty simple. You can get all the info you need from Barry himself on their website.
