But 3 hours for MSY is nuts now. There is nothing to worry about. You will get through in less than 10 minutes, probably less than 5 with precheck and clear

I will probably get there a little later then. I am parking in the economy garage though. So I have to account for that wait time to be picked up by the bus to get back to the airport.
My return flight is even nuttier as far as a wait time. I fly back at midnight from Vegas on Sunday night, so I will return my car rental about 6 or 8, and then wait for the flight at the airport. At least Vegas has some entertainment to keep you busy while waiting.

Update:
I got to the airport at 6:15 after parking in Economy parking.
Regular TSA was near empty. Still used my Clear which still needed to be setup. Was a breeze to get in and just had to go through a metal detector and kept everything in my carry on. I was at the gate by 6:30. Ate a 15 dollar Lucky Dog as supper.
