Lysol doesnt kill the stomach virus (norovirus). Only bleach kills it. You are also contagious for about 72 hours after the last time you threw up. Best way to keep it from spreading is quarantine yourself away in your bedroom for a few days and use clorox with bleach on every surface.

Yup. There are some commercial grade Chlorox Peroxide wipes that also kill it. They are pricey but effective.
