Moscow is pretty expensive. My dad lived there for 2-3 years.
At one point it was the most expensive city in the world. Its slipped a bit.

If this map is "valid", I probably wouldn't bring Mrs. Füt to Turkey...
But I'd go without womenfolk.
They don't show Israel as First World.
That map looks somewhat strange. Brazil is listed as 3rd World, yet they are the #9 economy of the world. Israel should be there. Mexico should be 2nd World (go look at the skyline they have in Mexico City-same for Sao Paulo & Buenos Aires). South Africa should be 2nd World and Japan is even not shown.

First world is not that difficult.
USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australian continent w/ New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea. The only reason South Korea is a first world country is because of the USA.
Would not go to Singapore or UAE, because those people are heathens.
The rest of the world is a giant shithole.
I can see that you never been to Acapulco, Rio, Buenos Aires or Viña del Mar, Chile (even Bariloche, Argentina). Go do yourself a favor and google Images of those places I mention.

Seriously, ALL of the following places reside squarely in second and third world countries:
Acapulco, Rio, Buenos Aires or Viña del Mar, Chile (even Bariloche, Argentina)
It is not even remotely debatable.

France is beautiful. There's a small village called Montgardon that still has a memorial to the Americans that liberated their village during WW2, just outside of Lay-Haye-Du-Puits. There is plenty of really cool American war history that's appreciated in Normandy to this day. LINK

Rent in the nice parts of town are high, the area around Patriarch Ponds and the Kremlin, for example. But restaurants, hotels, entertainment, is all much less expensive than in the West. Eating out is usually a third of what you’d expect to pay in a major American city.

I was invited to a party where some members of the Swedish Royal Family and apparently some high ranking Norwegian officials were present. There was an open bar that I took full advantage of which led me to making a few to many questionable jokes that were full of sexual innuendo. Also at some point during the night I misplaced my pants and reportedly made direct eye contact with the queen while making a sexual gesture(I dispute this fact). The Swedes took it in stride, but the Norwegians were terribly offended

Italy has restricted driving zones apparently in some cities where only the residence can drive in. They don't put up any signs or anything and have cameras to catch people driving through them. I did a lot of research and supposedly its just a tourist trap.
