Preach. My local shop is great, they even top up my headlight fluid for only $20.

Good post bro. What he is telling you is that when you are involved in an accident, the insurance company will tell you to take it to a shop that gives them the biggest discount, and use whatever parts they request. Right now, insurance companies will put used/recycled or aftermarket parts on your car first, rather than OEM parts. Some shops fight for the consumer, some are looking for the most bottom line profits
