Exactly. It might be different in smaller communities where people have a better chance of knowing each other but in cities a lot of people probably aren’t going to get involved.

Never relax around the 12.4% size of the ears is a tell tell sign. Smaller the ears the more likely you need Jane Goodall to tell you whats up

Watching the video, if there was not much sound, I can understand why people did not react at first. It probably looked like he punched her. But after he leaves and then she falls over and nobody checked on her is horrible.

I am not sure what I would have done about the guy, but I would have checked on the girl and called 911. Once I saw how badly the girl was hurt, I would have panicked by screaming for help, but I would have tried to help her.
