lived back in the day when a lot of people (including myself) still thought nail polish suffocated the chigger, which is dumb since they don't actually bury into the skin. now that shite stung if you had already scratched the bite

I spend a ton of time in the woods, I can’t remember the last time I had a problem with either. I assumed I had just grown immune to poison ivy after so many exposures as a kid. As for the red bugs, are you using permethrin and DEET?
