Get to work between 6:30 and 7:00 am. Typically up at 5:15. 30 minute commute. I go to bed anywhere between 10:30 and 11 pm.

Get up 6:20
Head to gym
Work at 8
Get home at 6
Bed at 9:30

Supposed to be at work at 8am; usually get there 7:30-7:35(leave the house at 7) so I can snag good parking spots from all the night shift staff leaving the hospital.
If I'm gonna work out before work I go to bed around 8:30-9 and get up at 4; if I'm gonna work out after work go to bed at 9-10 and get up at 5.

I get to work at 2pm an get off at around 10-10:30 pm. I go to sleep around 12:30 am.

Try to leave the house by 6:15 to get to the farm by 7. Happens about once a week. Get in the bed around 9. Go to sleep about 10-10:30.

I wake up at 7:20 and leave the house for work at 7:30 AM. I get in bed around 9 and fall asleep at 11PM

I work from a home office and do some travelling:
-Wake up around 6AM
-Start working in home office or leave the house around 7AM
-Quit working around 4PM
-Go to bed between 9:30-10PM
-Wake up around 6AM

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri I get up at 3:50 and go to the gym. Get back home by 5:45, eat breakfast, watch a little news, help get the kids ready and drop one off at daycare. At work about 7:30. Go to bed around 9:00 - 9:30.
Wednesdays I sleep late and get up at 5:30, no gym, but the rest of the routine is the same.

Work 6-4 most days. Get in bed 9-9:30 if I can help it
