Burger King isn't good, but it's easily obtainable.

parker brush and TOBS cream. Search that manufacturer for about 10 other scents.
And 280 band aids
In reality, the brush and cream are kind of cool/easy to use at any age. Don't actually buy him the safety razor and feather blades above. Get either a Mach 3 or fusion. Fusion is a better, smoother shave with fewer cuts. Blades are around $4/each though.
