Almost all real exotic cars increase in value when they hit the street.

not rolls royce and bentley. You're talking ferrari or other rare models if you can get it for MSRP which you wont be able to unless you've bought others used from your local dealer. I had a another exotic before my rolls and it was impossible to sell. You cant post it on ebay, youll get tire kickers who just want a test drive. Dealers will kill you on a trade in and I ended up doing consignment and spent too much to get it sold. It took months it was ridiculous. I have a porsche gt2rs as well and that will yes appreciate but I paid way over sticker for it, but very few cars appreciate and leasing is so simple you turn it in and move onto the next one.

That idiot PocketAces. He even had his dads black Amex card to prove it.
Whatever happened to that fool? He was pretty funny.

I have convenience stores, shopping centers, low income rental properties. Just various rental properties and the convenience stores I manage. I inherited 2 stores from an uncle years back as my start so Im not exactly a rags to riches story but I definitely own a lot more today than he left me with but I was blessed with a leg up.

What happens is you violate the allotted 2,500 yearly miles or whatever. Do they hit you with a big surcharge?

I have 5000 miles a year on each its a little more than the 2500, as you can see in the pic 17k miles on the rolls the lease on that one ends soon, so i have like 2k miles or so left. Its like $5/mile over if you go over, I wont, my lease ends in dec on it. The best time to lease these cars is in dec bc they always do year end lease specials.

You sound like you drive 6 miles out of the way to save a nickel a gallon.

I wouldn't pay $36,000 dollars in exchange for 5,000 miles

Well you could buy it for $379k + tax and drive it all you want. The reality is you're losing $200,000 one way or another, the point of leasing is that instead of me tying up $400k to get back $150k I just lose $200k via payments and when its done I dont have to spend months trying to sell the thing to get my $150k back. Thats why people lease, you get all the depreciation with none of the headaches and it cost me $35k to drive off the lot the day I got it vs laying out $379k + tax. Cars like this dealers will kill you if you try to trade it in because they have to sit on it for a long time to sell it so they low ball, believe me I learned, leasing is the only option if you ever get a nice car.
