I am on permanent BP meds and I am fit too. Now to be fair I was once overweight for like maybe 7 years or so but the damage is done.

Even though I am fit and eating healthy, my Blood Pressure still go up to 150 on average. So they gave me a weak BP meds and they get it down to normal level every day.

10 Buck every month for 5mg Amlodiphine. I still exercise.

On the good side, My parents had diabetes, but my chances of getting diabetes are EXTREMELY low. My mom side had a genetic heart defect condition. My heart is perfectly find and healthy. My Kidney and nice and functional. So yeah.. my one thing is High Blood Pressure.

You are too young for that. See a doctor. Not to scare you but, high BP can cause serious problems long term.

Quit the fast food. That shite is loaded with salt and fat.

Yeah that's where I'm gonna start. If it doesn't go down in a few weeks then I'll go to the dr.

When I'm watching Soros paid protesters at a Trump rally or when I'm just sitting around doing nothing?

Your bottom number, diastolic, which is the pressure of your blood coming back to your heat is the bigger concern. Just watch your sodium and cut down on your posting.

That would be a great idea. Hows the homelife and work life???? You may have stress problems and don't even know it... Serious.. Sadly I eat more fast foods than I should, but it hasn't made much difference. Also your weight has a HUGE deal with your BP....

Mine is high, but usually because I'm hungover. Wacky body. It should adapt to incorporate my intake.

Pretty much. You just don't want it in the 90s or over 100.
