About $55 a month and it includes sewage and trash pick up. It'll probably jump to around $100 or so in July, Aug, Sept as I water my lawn more.
Water is expensive in Dallas, but my electricity bill is like $50 a month even in the summer with the A/C set to 70 all night long.

Apartment complex has a set fee of $23 a month

$25, every month since that's the minimum. It includes trash pick up.
