What is the OT policy on tipping a car service?

I’m going on a trip and the company is providing a paid car service to pick me up at the airport, hotel, and company. What is the tipping policy here? I googled and saw various answers. TIA

I usually have a couple spare 100's in my front pocket so I usually drop a Benjamin.
