Changing the main bearings with the engine still in the car and just being a jack stand height off the ground. At least that’s the hardest repair I have ever done.
That being said I won’t touch suspension parts on a car with over 150k on the clock. Often there are just not enough uggaduggas in the world to get the old parts off.

I’ve replaced the oil pressure sensor three times on my Silverado. It’s a pain in the arse and tears up my knuckles.
Those under dash blend doors are pretty rough.

I don't know about the new trucks, but the old 5.7 Vortec's sensors were a PITA even with my long arms.

Heatwr cores are bad. Main seals suck too a you have to drop the transmission.
