I visit Choc Orleans once a year to watch the Saints play and feel less and less safe with each passing year. Getting mowed down at gunpoint or beaten to death is a valid concern in that [sh]ity.

Was in the Quarter yesterday and never felt unsafe. Even when watching a gutter punk trippin on something and playing air violin in the middle of Royal st.

This is actually the second definition of Baw, it was originally just a term of endearment between coonasses. Basically another word for dude, brah, bruh, etc... I think it’s actually mispronunciation of “boy”.
