It means you have agreed to stop using Critical Thinking and pursuing Truth , and agreed to accept whatever Progressive dogma (black racial grievance in this case ) you are fed. It is essentially you declaring that you will not stand in the way of the Social Justice Warriors or oppose them in any way .
